Rochester Travel Group is locally owned and operated. Diane Celento, a life-long resident of the Gates and Chili area, has owned the Agency for over 19 years. Today we are a successful two-million dollar plus company. Our 100 years of combined experience enable us to provide professional service in the areas of corporate, leisure, school groups, motor coach trips, meeting planning, incentives and group travel. With our unique size, we are able to provide the best technology along with a personal touch. Our staff stays current with the ever-changing travel industry by attending training seminars, familiarization trips and lectures on a regular basis. Each of our staff members is a certified specialist in a variety of destinations and tour operators including various Caribbean islands, cruises lines, Hawaii, Florida and Disney. We are one of the only three Preferred Sandals and Beaches Agencies in the Rochester area. We attained that status by attending training, traveling to their various island locations and personally experiencing their resorts, as well as doing the required site inspections at all of their properties on a regular basis. Rochester Travel Group recently earned the "Earmark Status" as an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner. This prestigious designation by Walt Disney Travel Co. is a result of our commitment to all Disney products as well as the combined training and knowledge our staff had to obtain.
